Looking For Creative Kids Toys, Get Lego

Creative Kids Toys
Springfair.com released an argos survey on their site, and Lego came in as a curtomers' favorite from the past 35 days. The survey also anticipates that Lego Star Wars will be one of the top toys this Christmas. Here's the rest of the article from springfair.com.

"The Rubik's Cube was another classic toy to take a place in this year's top 10, while other toys tipped for the top were more high-tech. Electronic toys in the list included the Fisher Price Kid-Tough Digital Camera, Leapfrog Tag Reading System and Bop It Extreme.

Argos toys trading manager Ian Chaplin said: "A key toy trend for winter 2008 is high-tech, with the strong emergence of electronic and gaming toys. But, there is also a revitalisation of classics like Lego and Rubik's Cube, and with kids growing up fast these traditional classics will always be important in offering parents a balance of traditional and modern toys for their children."

Argos also predicted that toys based on popular films and TV programmes would do well this Christmas. Those in the top 10 included the High School Musical Figurine Pack, Ben 10 Omnitrix and In the Night Garden's Upsy Daisy and Her Chase n' Play Bed."
